P2p definitely. I got a different FPS that uses p2p on release day and have not had problems. BF3, the dedicated servers go down like every week, the servers don't pair you up with people from your city, you can't join a game and be on the same team as
your friends, dedicated servers lag like crazy and you still get shot around corners all the time. I'm going with p2p.
Everyone will pick it because very few games use dedicated and you always get richard riders like you hyping up dedicateds. I was appalled when I first played BF3 online. Dedicated servers are horrible, anyone who trys them out will agree.
Dedicated - they allow much more complex mechanics to run that would cause issues with P2P connections, such as horde AI in left 4 Dead or large scale war games like BF3 and when it was popular Frontlines Fuel of war.
