overcharged on fifa 14 points on day of release

what can i do if i was overcharged on fifa points on the day of release? And also, i typed in the code that i got with fifa on 'reddem code' and i went on fifa ultimate team, there were no gold pack there

This sounds like an issue on EA's end rather than Microsoft's, as it sounds like these are in-game purchases. Is that correct?

You might want to try to contact them here: https://help.ea.com/

Even the code you redeemed (was that through the Xbox Live Marketplace?) the non-appearance of a Gold pack sounds like an issue their end.

However, you can try going into your Download History (on Xbox 360, Settings/My Account/Download History) to verify that you did indeed make the purchase. If it appears there all seems OK on the Xbox side, and you should consider contacting EA to further the issue.

ea said its a Microsoft problem, Microsoft should reinverse the money to my account!!!

Take a look at https://commerce.microsoft.com and make sure the transaction actually took place, according to your Billing account.
