Online Safety Settings

Recently, I have purchased an Xbox and I was told to get a parent to set my online safety settings. So my father did so. I then purchased the game, FIFA 12, and it told me to set an Online Pass, which I could find in the CD Box, which however was corrupted apparently. Thankfully, I realised that the Online Pass could be purchased free online. I proceeded to do so. However, I realised that my Online Safety Settings disallowed me to purchase content. So my father tried to change it. He keyed in the password of the email he set for the settings, but to no avail. This happened several times and he tried many possible passwords. I feel that this has become quite a waste of my XBox Live Gold membership as I cannot play online for FIFA 12. Please do help me by offering possible solutions to change the password, or transfer the Xbox Live Gold membership, or any other possible ways to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. :)
