OneGuide problems with Consolidated Telecommunications

Hello!

I'm excited to get my new Xbox One setup with my cable box. My cable provider is Consolidated Telecommunications. The box is receiving signals fine, but it appears that the OneGuide listing provided from Xbox Live is incorrect. With both SD and HD channels set as visible, only four of my HD channels are shown in OneGuide, while I know that Consolidated provides many more than that. Also, several of the channels are incorrectly placed (i.e. when I select "Bloomberg" with OneGuide as Channel 128, the actual channel 128 in my cable box is "Boomerang"). Is there any way that I can change the listing in OneGuide myself, or if not, is there any way that Xbox Live could fix their listings from Consolidated Telecommunications?

I still have this same problem with Consolidated. All of my sd channels are fine but only about 4 of my HD channels are visible on the guide.
