OneGuide has East coast listings in the west


The vast majority of channels on my OneGuide are incorrect because they are the Eastern Time Zone listings and are therefore three hours ahead of me because I live in Nevada. I have checked and rechecked that my Zip code and cable provider are entered correctly.

Second, I do not understand why the framerates on video from Netflix and XBOX Video is so incredibly jerky. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection. Videos play perfectly on my 360 in 1080p.

I have a mess of questions for you :)

1. please PM me with:

- TV provider

- Zip

- Example of what is wrong (I see you have it here)

2. For the laggy video: I do believe nothing is wrong with the internet connection... that being said. I would like to prove it by my crazy standards. Also, the Xbox One uses different tcp/udp port permissions. What worked before may not work here.


- Make/Model Modem/gateway

- Make/model Router

- Hubs/switches?

- Wired or Wifi?
