one month trial

every time i try to activate the free onemonth trial it gives me an error code an tells me to try later... i created a new account but it doesnt give me that dashboard advertisement it gives me one thats like a year or something

Hello, while it would be helpful if you could post the error code, I will try to assist you. There is a limit of free one month trials per console. I believe it is three per console and one trial per account. I would recommend contacting Xbox Live Support here: support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

They will be able to assist you with the issue. Please let me know if there is any additional issues I can help you with. Best of luck!
