One game charged twice!

I recently got a new harddrive for my xbox so I could have more GBs. So I went to the Game marketplace to reinstall some games i had purchased before and deleted to make some room on my  old harddrive before i got the new harddrive. I went to download Oblivion, a game i had previously BOUGHT for 10 dollars on the Game marketplace and later deleted for more room like previously stated. When it said to " Confirm Purchase" thinking it meant I was just going to redownload the game  and it charged me 10 dollars. The old purchase is in my download history and some achievements I had before i deleted it are still there. As soon as i was charged i turned off my xbox. I believe I showed have not been charged and believe this is unfair. I was wondering if anything could be done to fix this.

For future reference, when you need to re-download something, use your 'Download History' instead of the marketplace to avoid possible glitches like this.

.

When you do get a hold of support, speak with the billing people.

You never transferred your licenses. You would not have been charged if you did so. support.xbox.com/.../download-content

A license transfer should not have been neccessary if he was using the same profile he bought it with on the new console. Downloadable content has 2 licenses: one is for the buyer and allows access to the purchased content on any console; the other is for the console itself and allows any player on that console access said content - thus a family does not need to buy the same content more than once. The second license is what gets transfered, so Devil Dog v97 should have been able to access his purchased content on the new console regardless of the license transfer.
