Nothing plays after buying Xbox Music Pass

Before getting the Music Pass I was able to listen to the 30 second previews

I wanted to get the streaming on my 360 so I went with the Pass.

I then try to stream anything from the Xbox Music app and after playing it shows 0:00 as the time and length of the song.

I've cleared cache, deleted profile, downloaded profile back, downloaded the Optional Media Support, cleared everything under Xbox Music and Video on my storage device.

Nothing will allow me to play anything and I'd like to stay a subscriber to Xbox Music Pass.

Any other suggestions?

Hmm strange, mayby some changes in the settings that wont allow you to listen to music?

Try to delete the app and redownload it, if notting works try calling Xbox support and explain your problem.

I appear to have the exact same problem, although I don't have a music pass, except this is with music videos.  Twice now I feel like I've been ripped off by this.  I even looked on Zune, 1 video appeared there but also seemed to have a problem and couldn't play back, and the other only showed on XBox Music, showed o:oo/o:oo or something like that, and wouldn't play, just black.  This seems like something that should be fixed with the service on their end.

Hey Chachster (Excellent Gamerpic, btw!)  I wanted to check in and see if you're still experiencing this issue.  Is it still giving you the 0:00 time for streaming posts?

Also, are you able to stream from other devices without seeing that 0:00?

Thanks!

Sorry for the bump, but I haven't been able to solve this problem either and was disappointed to see that this thread died without a clear resolution.  FWIW, I started a 30 day trial Music Pass when I got my new Windows Phone 8 device, and I've been able to stream from the music store both on that (a Lumia 810) as well as on my notebook computer (after downloading the old Zune client, as I'm on Windows 7).  I still can't get music to play on my X360 -- I did try deleting and reinstalling the Music Store client, but no matter what album I pick it just cycles through a bunch of 0:00 length tracks.  I assume this has to do with a DRM issue but I'm not sure how to solve it.

Hey everyone! Since we're getting several people posting issues in this thread, go ahead and make your own threads detailing your issue and any troubleshooting steps you've taken so far to fix it.
