Nothing happens when I buy Xbox live gold.

On Saturday, I attempted to purchase an Xbox live gold account for 12 months. I entered all the correct billing details, clicked confirm purchase, then the window closes and nothing happens.. I waited for a little while as. Thought th Xbox servers were down. I checked online and it said they were all online. So, I waited another day and then tried again. Still nothing would happen. I've tried checking my account details and the ony membership I had on there was the free Xbox live. Please respond quickly as I'm not sure wha I'm supposed to so D: Thanks, 😄

If you're having trouble purchasing the gold on the website and the console, then the next step would be to try one of two things. Either purchase a prepaid card in a store and redeem it that way, or call support and see if they can help you with the purchase. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct plus other data is current, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
