Not recognising my PC or allowing to change my card via xbox or pc/laptop

Hi, I am trying to update my card information, since I have a new card, but i still have a year of Gold membership left on my account, so I really dont know what the hell the issue is?!?!?!?!?!?!?! It is very very very frustrating, even when i try and change my PC it says i have to wait a month, what a total joke! I cant update my card info via my xbox either because it will not let me change the card info, this will have to go further since i will not allow you to scam me out of a years worth of membership that i have paid for roughly 2 months ago!! I want to be able to change my card info ASAP! And have my year put back onto my account with my new card. Why is this so difficult and frustrating???? Its bad enough that my bank sent me the same sort of card with new numbers on it just because data protection has gone over the top, to the point where i cant even access my own live account. Please help A.S.A.P I dont even play much as it is, so when i have had a hard day at work this is the last load of crap i want to encounter. I have had an xbox for atleast 4 years. Dont let me down...

Hey there, for issues with Billing or CC issues it would be most wise to call Xbox directly. If you live in the US then you can call 1-800-4MY-XBOX

[/quote]  The number you require is 0800 587 1102. Explain to them you need to change card details, and they will help.
