Not Allowing Me To Get Xbox LIVE Gold

After I have everything filled out when I am on Go Gold, when I click to purchase, it always says This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/support. I checked the support page and it doesn't help. It says that I have more than 10 Xbox LIVE accounts but I only have 1 Silver Membership. Can someone please help? It's been doing this since yesterday. I also removed the credit card information before I gave up yesterday if that helps.

Have you recently tried again and did it work? It may have been a network issue with Xbox Live and they may not have been able to process your information.

Also, try purchasing your LIVE time on the console. If you get an error there, it will be more descriptive. Otherwise you can purchase prepaid codes from retailers and use that to get LIVE time.
