Okay this is the First time i've ever posted in/on a forum and I was referred here from Trevor at Microsoft support. Unfortunately they could not assist me further. They said someone on here could. So here is what happened. While my husband and I were at work our 7 year old son accessed our xbox live account and changed our gamertag, which in turn, charged our banking account that does not have the funds to currently cover the expense of the change. So now we will incur additional charges to our account. :-( Also the gamertag our son chose is simply ridiculous. Is there any way we can get our old gamertag back and the $ refunded or at least a free credit toward changing our gamertag back? Please help!
