No tiles

I just bought a laptop with Windows 8, and I'm unable to play Mahjong.  I can log in, and select a game, but all I get is the background; no tiles.  I tried uninstalling, rebooting, and then reinstalling from the store, but to no avail.

I'd really like to check it out, but I can find other things to do if I'm not able to play.

I haven't had any issues with the other games (solitaire, etc).

Could you please let us know the brand & model of the laptop?

If possible, please send us a DxDiag log from it.


It's an HP Envy dv6.

no response..  nice!  guess my issue wasn't that important.

Run a tool called DXDIAG (just do a search while on the Start Screen) and Click the "Save All Information..."  button. Copy/Paste that info here.
