No offense, but are the Nords ( Stormcloak Rebels ) racist?

They both are groups that I wouldn't side with in real life.  Both want to force their beliefs on everyone else.  I still haven't chosen a side yet since I dislike them both equally.

I think they're just saying it should be a Nord in control of the region, not the Empire. They haven't said anything (to me) that would hint that they want to get rid of all the other races.

The Stormcloaks are very racist, you find this out when you enter one of the Stormcloak cities.

I regret joining the Stormcloaks as well... If I wasn't already 40 hours in, I would change... The Stormcloaks speak of noble intentions, but the more you get involved the more their intentions sound a lot like xenophobia and a lust for power.

there has always seemed to be racism in skyrim, much as racism exists in real life, they have no problem showing it or even discussing the issue of race/racism.

I remember talking to one of the Khajiit outside of Whiterun and he said that the Khajiit were not allowed in the city. That's why they were part of a caravan moving from city to city camped outside. I wonder if that's true for Argonian as well? Yea, it looks like the Nords may have some issues.

Yes the stormcloaks are very racist.  Walking in to Windrun i belive there were two nords giveing a bunch of crap to a dark elf calling her slime and saying they should just get rid of her anyway.  It was kinda bad,  i just sat there and was like "Well im joining the empire".

I joined the Empire.... Now Stormcloaks attack me if I go near their camps and don't leave immediatly when they tell me to.

Yeah, some certain individuals prefer their own over other races, but I'm not complaining, it's not the Stormcloaks agenda. I've chosen an Argonian, and that Nord who clearly dislikes them never swayed my decision of helping the Stormcloaks. I dunno, I guess I'm just not that sad to care about it.

I'm sure there are racist members, but the organization itself is not. They just think that they should be in control of their land, just like how native americans felt and any nation under roman control felt. It was their land but they payed taxes and obeyed the laws and served the emperor of a nation they did not belong to. Neither one is a black and white good and evil organization. I agree with the stormcloaks though, mainly because I believe in the freedom to be and do whatever you want (excluding obviously bad things like ***, murder, and thievery) and the ban on Talos worship is so not cool.
