No Email After Purchase - Says I Didnt Buy

So I Purchased a Xbox LIVE Card For 3 Months and i went through all the process and everything, and finally i get to the page with all the info saying it is confirmed/purchase made. So Yeah, And ive waited for about 30 minutes now and i havent gotten an email, and when i click on 'Order History' or  'Downloads,  Producsts, Keys Or Subscriptions' It says i havent purchased anything, although i have proof i made a payment as it says so on my bank account history. Im Really Confused? Someone help please.
