New gears Xbox 360s

I own a xbox 360s with a 250 GB hard drive. Im gunna buy a new gears of war 360s with the 320 GB hard drive. Can I still use the transfer cable to move all my downloaded items?

There shouldn't be any problem transferring your data from the 360s to your new gears 360s. They have the same ports and support the same hardware...

There's no cable yet for the HDDs in the 360S consoles. You'll need to transfer your saved games with a USB flash drive (1 GB to 16 GB) formatted on your console. Your downloads can either be transferred the same way or just re-downloaded on the new console after you do the License Transfer on to your new console. (Any games installed to HDD from disc, which are probably the largest items on your hard disk drive, can't be moved over anyway-- they need to be re-installed on a new console. So you might not have as much to move as you'd think.)
