Neverwinter market mistake

not sure If this is the correct spot or not, but figured someone might point me in the right direction if not..

i bought a character respec token thinking it would be global, and let me respec any 1 character on my account, however after purchasing it, I realized the respec token only works for the character who purchased it.

is there any way I can get this moved from one character to another on my same Neverwinter account?

I tried the arc games forums, but unfortunately I'm unable to post due to new user limitations.

The official arc support site seems dead right now..

The only reason it's a big deal, is I put real $ in my account to buy this item.

Pretty certain that previously the respec token was account bound, not character bound, which is why I thought it would work.

Have you tried @NeverwinterGame twitter account as well?they may be able to pass it on to someone

Still unable contact arc support.

Good news is, it only cost me $5, bad news is it's wasted money.

The person at fault in the end is me, so whatevs

Honestly, might be able to just contact Xbox Support. They may be able to fund it to that
