Netflix not working at all since update

So, unlike most, my issue isn't with loading or disconnecting from the Netflix app.  It loads fine, I can browse thru the movies all i want.  However, none of the input buttons work.  A to play, B to back out, Y to search...pressing them causes nothing to happen.  I've tried 2 controllers, and even logged on thru SmartGlass to get the same results.  I've deleted the Netflix app and re-installed it, nothing seems to work.  What do I need to do to use Netflix?

sorry to hear that you are having this issue..

since you are having the issue after the latest update I recommend that you delete the current update and re-download it see if it works.

To delete update.

  1. Settings
  2. System
  3. Storage
  4. Press the following keys in sequence LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X This will then prompt you to delete current update select YES and your Xbox will reboot.

Once your console restarts try the Netflix app and see if it works.
