Netflix does not appear

There is no netflix option in the video marketplace.  I joined xbox live for one purpose: to watch netflix on my tv.  Any know anything about this issue?

I think my settings are set on UK though.  How do I change it to US?

This is a known issue that we are currently working to correct. In the meantime, you can still access Netflix and other apps from the Quick Launch menu: Guide > Games > Quick Launch > All > (Y) to hide demos > Netflix (or other app)

DooDooDan are you in the usa or uk? cos if you are in the uk it wont be available on the video marketplace as it is only available in america.

if you mean your account is UK

 

create a new account in the correct region and then use your activation code

netflix will only show up in accounts that are supported uk is not a supported by netflix

once set a region of an account can never be changed

It's been 4 months and you guys still haven't fixed this issue?  I cancelled the renewal of my account today because you guys clearly don't care enough about your customers.  Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I have never downloaded Netflix so it does not appear in the Quick Launch menu.

Goto your hd and find Netflix

Delete the folder and clear system cache

Then try redownloading it either on video marketplace or download history
