I did an update with the Netflix app and now that I completed those updates, it does not let click on any thing, it does not even let me do a search of a any movies. I have called Netflix and they told me to contact xbox support. I called xbox support and they looked in my account and made sure that I had a live subscription, and made sure that there was nothing on my account that showed to where I could not get on my Netflix account. the support agent even took me through the process of clearing out any corrupted and clearing my cache 3x's and deleting the app and then reinstalling. after all of that I still was not able to get back on the account. are there any other options that I can do to get my app to work properly.
