Negative xp!? Why? WHY?

Went through my stats on Elite (out of boredom, quiet day at work) and I noticed that in one match I got negative xp! Explain.

I did not notice anything while playing. On the happy side I got a positive k/d (my average being 0.67)

I would say it is probably a glitch or typo on elite. I have seen many things in stats and previous games that were not correct.

elite= 60 $ of BS.

Sounds a lot like a negative EXP lobby/hack/whatever too, but even if it was, it's only 10, 000.

I believe you may have gotten reported for something. Atleast thats what people are saying over on MW3 main  forums.

Chances are that the op was boosting with the old tac insertion and collecting his own tags for xp, got reported, iw looked at the matter and reclaimed all the xp back.

Well. I never boost. I'm 46 and too old to cheat. I have played over 200 hours and my average score is 3700. I was only curious if anyone had a clue.

yea probably just a glitch don't sweat it

if you havnt cheated or boosted dont worry

I had a great game last night. It is the first time that I really tried out the specialist killstreaks.  I played a couple of games and tuned the streaks just right for my game style.  I got the specialist bonus for the first time and then I was pretty much unstoppable.  Another couple of minutes went by and I had my first MOAB.  I finished the game 31- 3-1.  At the end of the game, I had accumulated 35000 XP.   I later wanted to save this game and make a clip of the MOAB when I saw that I had negative xp. ( * XP Earned: -30152).  It was a clean game, I saved the whole game in my vault.  I had 31 kills in a row. Why did I loose XP?

Now, I'm not calling you a cheater, but I wanted to let you know that age has NOTHING to do with cheating. You could be 100 years old & still cheat...
