Need help!!!!!

I have recently been trying to download FULL games from the marketplace, my xbox can't run discs so I have to download the games on demand. Everytime I have tried to download full games they fail to download and the message "cannot download *the name of the game*" this is becoming a real problem to me seeing as this is the only way I can play games, HELP!

you can check your account region settings here

live.xbox.com/.../Account

its under "Change Xbox Account Region"

I clicked it and a message stating "We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 18/9/2013, we'll delete your old security info:

[MOD REMOVED]

Once this has been deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates." How do I fix this

i need help saw this said need help so since the last update msp have been gone how do i add money to my account there is no way stating how to add money to the account except goin and buying a card and i live no where near a store how do i add money to my account useing a credit card

i dont think you can add money to the account with a credit card, i wish you could. but i think all you can do is just buy whatever your after outright with your credit card.

Sorry to hear you're having issues downloading your games.

Just to make sure I understand:

  • You are able to purchase the games but when you try to download them they fail.
  • From the message you provided it sounds like you Removed All your Security Proofs and updated them to new ones.


Is that correct?

If that's true, you will only be able to access your account through account.live.com on a PC you've already marked as trusted. If you have a trusted PC, you may want to visit commerce.microsoft.com and confirm your billing information. I know some users had it reset with the new dashboard update.



Please let us know if we're understanding the situation correctly.
