My xbox Live code wont work.

I just bought it 10 Min ago and its saying its invalid. 

 

 

I tried putting it on xbox and on the site. Please help me.

I’m getting an “Invalid Code” message
Verify that you are entering the code properly. Keep in mind that the code will contain no vowels and no zeroes. You can also try entering the code on Xbox.com or by using a wired USB keyboard or chatpad on your console.

I’m entering the code properly, what else could it be?
Some codes need to be activated by the retailer. If it wasn’t properly activated, you will need to take it back to and have them activate it or replace it with another.

Where are the points I just redeemed?
To double check your recent point history, you can go to https://billing.microsoft.com and check whenever points were added or used. Make sure to verify that you didn't already spend the points you added.

It’s saying my code has already been used.
If your code is returning this error, it may have worked the first time and given you the wrong message. For points, you can check https://billing.microsoft.com to see about recent additions to your points. For game add-ons and Downloadable Content (DLC), check your purchase history. Your code may have redeemed just fine but not downloaded. You can redownload it by doing the following:

Account Management > Download History > [select content] > Download Again

It might also be possible that you redeemed the code to a different account. Check the purchase history for any other accounts on your console.

This content isn’t available in my region?
Verify that your account region and physical location matches the region of code/content. For instance, if you purchased or received your code in the US, it will most likely not work for an account in Canada. You can check your account region by visiting https://billing.microsoft.com and clicking on “Personal Information”.

Could there be something wrong with my account?
It is possible your account has a billing violation on it. This would prevent you from purchasing anything on the console or even redeeming prepaid codes. To check this, visit https://billing.microsoft.com. If you have a past-due balance, you can pay it off here or by contacting phone support.

My 2-day Xbox Live code from Black Ops2 won't work either. I can't purchase Microsoft points either. And...I have to wait 55 minutes to speak to Support...ffs this place is going down hill

what you can do is call xbox customer service theyll help you look it up on google they should explain everthing to you dont be shy to call theyll help u trust me
