You could try contacting Bungie.net and see if they have a disc replacement program. However most programs like that are at a cost to you, not free.

The best things in life are free... Sorry. You will have to buy another. Or rent it from a video store and swap it and bring it back.. You wouln'nt do that tho... Its wrong...

actually it would fall under ms's disc replacement program

but disc replacement costs 20bucks

as it is a ms published game and i cut the list down to reach lol

How to get a replacement disc

1.Contact Xbox Support to order a replacement game disc for the games listed above. The cost is $20 plus tax and must be paid for by credit card.

2.Send in your nonworking disc along with the reference number given to you by Xbox Support.

3.Once we receive your disc and the Microsoft Disc Replacement Program Terms and Conditions are met, a replacement game disc (not the entire game package) will be sent to you.

4.You should receive the replacement disc 5 to 10 days after we receive the damaged disc.
