My live gold has not been activated (Urgent)

Dear support team

I just purchased my one year live gold member via my credit card yesterday. But it showed on the screen that not success; however, the payment had been done after checking my credit card. What is going on?

Amount: 88 Singapore Dollar

please help to check and fix my issue ASAP. (Return my money or acitvate live gold memeber for my account)

Sorry to hear it.  Do you live in Singapore?  If so, is your gamertag set for Singapore?  Please be aware that Gold memberships are region locked and can only be used for the region in which they were intended.

If your region is correct be sure to double check your billing info at commerce.microsoft.com or try to redeem the code on the website here account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

If that doesn't work then you should try contacting phone support for further assistance.  6622-1626
