My Coins have been stolen.

Someone has figured out how the take the coins and use them for themselves. Maybe they are not worth anything anyway. They may be just bait. Overnight the coins are gone, but the credits earned are marked as completed on the game screen. On the calendar screen they are marked as "0/5". How could they be marked 0/5 on the calendar when they are marked as completed (with a wreath) on the individual game screen for the day? This is gaming on the MS Solitaire Collection Daily Challenge. I posted this same thing to MS and they said to send my question to this Xbox Forum. HELP.... LOOKS LIKE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A LONG TIME. I think someone from Xbox is using the coins for themselves.

The same thing happened to me.

I also tried to re-play the daily challenges which show o/5, but when I clicked on the individual games it showed:   credits given.   I lost a silver medal with all the coins.  However, this month is showing all the right results, including my Bronze medal. Am just wondering if it all disappears once I get to the silver medal.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the problem. This may be an error that we already fixed, and is only affecting older versions of the game. Can you please check to see if there is an update for your version of the game? Here's how:

Go to the Windows 8 start screen by pressing the windows key on your keyboard, or pressing the windows button on your tablet.

Tap the green Store tile. If you can't find it, you can type the word "Store" on your keyboard to bring it up.

In the Store, tap the green text in the upper-right corner that says "Updates". This appears whenever any of your apps have updates available. If you don't see it there, all of your apps (including this one) are already up-to-date.

On the App updates screen, tap "install" at the bottom to install all of your available updates. If the game appears in the list, then there is an update for the game available, and you'll need to tap this game's update listing to get it.

We also have an update planned for mid-February to address some new issues, so keep an eye out for that update too. Thanks for playing!

Am happy to state that Arkadium has FINALLY resolved the problem of missing points / badges. They did it yesterday and  I was thrilled that thpough I had lost 9000 points and Bronze Badges (thrice)this month, I could atlest play the earlier games AGAIN. Have just done so and earned my GOLD BADGE.

Arkaduim deserves our compliments - even if we had to wake them up from their deep slumber. Thanks ARKADIUM.

Thanks Arkadium for restoring the Solitaire Collection Challenge to a "healthy state". I have been able again play the games of 1st to 12th March and have completed all 5 challenges each day of March 2013. But I collected ONLY 23050 points besides the Gold Badge. Is the total 23050 points correct and the maximum possible? Should it not be more?

I lost all my coins, and badges when I installed Silverlight....Once I uninstalled everything came back
