My card is being charged for things i didnt even buy

i just check my bank account right now and two payments for microsoft points were charged, and i haven't even bought anything what should i do?

This happened to me at 2AM today as well.  Someone got on my account and purchased 6000 microsoft points.  Customer Support and my Credit Card company fixed it all up for me but I think something went awry with Xbox live or windows live security last night.

Look this is weird too..

because , for each 500 points they got 1 euro from my account? what is that? taxes? LOL., Because it that is taxes, why it is not described on the billing.microsoft???? because im aware my BANK does not tax me for using the credit card!

And since is not on billing microsoft, i have the right to ask my bank to cancel that payments, because its not listed, and that is again, a fraud.

The same thing has happened to me.

I have had two transactions from my bank both for 5000 M/points, costing me £85.

These were used to purchase game add ons for FIFA 11 a game which I do not have.

I have deleted my card details from my account and cancelled my bank cards just in case.

I have to wait until the morning to contact MS as it is 22:45 here and phonelines are closed.

Looks like its Xboxes turn after PSN.

@miguelqueiroz your bank will explain it

but no need to cancel

1dollar charges are validation charges  to check your creditcard if yoiu entered creditcard info or renewal

those get refunded but they do show up on your billing statemnent on billing.microsoft.com

also is thius the only account you got creditcard on?

On billing microsoft it just has the points value i paid, no plus charges..

the bank shows pending money charges, but still pending.. no changes so far..

And this card is just for Xbox? yes. I create virtual cards for each service i use .. so i control where the money goes .

if you are seeing point values  at purchase history here then its should show at billing.microsoft.com

Just happened to me too. I had 2 charges on my account for points (6000 points and 4000 points) i called them and they reviewed my account and sent it to billing. I got the call from billing saying they would refund the charges and i've been waiting since, been about 3 days.
