My account is suspended until I "update my payment methods"

So, I entered my LIVE account like any other day, and it told to update my payment methods, but it wouldn't let me neither delete the one I was using nor use my debit card (which I added after this) neither my Microsoft points neither a pre-paid card. It even gave me an error code where it said I was suspicious of fraudulent behavior or something like that. Further, I can't acces my profile from this website to remove the payment method from here.

It's telling mr to update my paymrnt mrthods, but won't update them. I don't understand.

You'll need to contact support directly to speak to support so they can help you sort it out. You will have to add another card (not a prepaid card) to pay off any balance you owe before you can delete another card. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us
