My $2 was taken by YOU! How you may ask?

I was trying to make myself a gold member for the first time and when i clicked confirmed purchase it came up with an error message saying unable to connect to Xbox live, HOWEVER!! when i went straight to the computer to look at my card transactions it says i had $2.50 when previously it had $4.50, so i try again to get the $2 for 2 Months deal and it said the same error message, so i went back to my online credit card account and looked at the transactions and saw it is now $0.50. So i would appreciate it if you wold give back $2 and keep the other $2 for the $2 for 2 Months deal

You need to contact phone support for this. Be sure to listen to the menu prompts and select Billing.

If you see two 1 dollar transaction look under the title of each

Those are validation charges which if they fail they are held by your bank

For upto 72 hours if not contact your bank

But to solve creditcard issues with Xbox live contact billing support via phone
