MW3 not updating on second Xbox...

I bought the Xbox S, transferred data from old Xbox without problems, so I thought.  On the new Xbox my Spec. Ops./Survival missions rank is 50, but on the older Xbox it's back to 1.  I called Xbox support and was told it was something put into place for cheaters, but is affecting others as well.  He also gave me the Activision Support number 800-229-3399 which tells me "Your call is not allowed, PUAMI."  I have tried recovering my account several times, no dice.  Curious if anyone has found a fix?

I did, although this wasn't mentioned by support.

Also I should I mention my multi-player rank is fine,

My guess is, it is due to licensing issues.

Copy the saved files from your original Xbox and send them over to your other Xbox via Cloud Storage. Move them from the Cloud Storage to your next hard drive and you'll be a 50 on both consoles.


I use two harddrives so I ended up doing that, no worries.


Also, to be honest, if Xbox Support can't tell you to try transferring the memory items over then I wouldn't bother with them at all, and certainly not before coming here... the Forums tend to be a pretty good way to get help.
