music pass not working

will not let me sign into my zune acoountt and not able to download music.  I do not own an xbox.  I have a zune device.  Have reset my password and updated my accunt security information.  I am still not able to sign in.

That's no fun.  I'm wondering a few things.  You are attempting to sign in to the Zune software on your PC? What is the exact error message, and any error codes that you are getting when you try?  Are you able to sign in to with the ID and password?

Let us know the answers to those questions.  Also...

I found a Microsoft Answers forum post with someone with a similar issue here.  You might also want to try the steps there.
