Music Pass Issues

Whenever I try to play music on my HTC 8X via the music + videos app (both stream and download) I keep gettig the error "we are unable to confirm the media usage rights for this content". It all started after my 30 day free trial was over and I paid my first subscription fee, I even bought a second month when the issues started because I figured the transaction wasn't successful. (redownloading doesn't work either). I've spoken with a rep for an hour and nothing. Please help!

Hey there guys! I'm curious, did you sign up for your Music pass after setting up your phone? Perhaps backing up your phone and then resetting it and adding your Gamertag back to the phone will help. Give that a try and let us know, thanks!

I've got exactly the same problem too.  So frustrating.  I can't wait for Spotify to bring out there app!!

Selecting them from the marketplace on the phone doesn't work either.  There really isn't any way to play the songs on the phone until the problem is fixed.  My first month of service is pretty much been useless.

Hello dlovings1992,

There are some known issues with the sync between Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 devices.  Can you select the tunes directly from the Marketplace on your WP8, while they work to sort it out?
