Hi, a few weeks ago I got an email saying that I had bought 5000 points on my live account, I was on holiday at the time so such a purchase was impossible for me. At the time I wrote it off to an error of some such and left it. Today I got 2 more of these emails, where again I haven't bought anything (totalling to 1500 points) and noticed my amount of points HAD changed but I had 350. I'm not sure whats going on but I'm guessing someone is using my account to buy points then give them to themselves somehow or somesuch. I've deleted my payment methods and changed my password but I am down £127.50 for something I don't have and never wanted, and would like it back! Do I have to phone microsoft for this is or is there something I can do here online? Thanks.
