Yep.  2 hits to kill an enemy.  3 to disable a vehicle.  The only one hit kill is when you drop on another mortar user and that's only because the enemy mortar ads to the explosion.

>.< Wow what a useless toy

I tried defending M-Coms, but nup, they take the first explosion like a boss, then just walk casually away...

Im glad it takes two shots.

-

Else every man and his dog would be sitting at the back mortaring.

I'd rather if you only had say 2 shots and resupply doesn't do BS.

Yeah if it was one kill shot, then you should only have limited ammo.

-

But then people would say that you should only have limited ammo for RPGs and claymores.

.. :/ Claymore are easy to avoid...

I want BC2 Mortars

^ +1!

200+ kills with them says otherwise.  The only weapon/gadget I've got 2 service stars with (only because I switch to another weapon once I starred it).

Get at me.  Lol.

The radar is horribly inaccurate as far as claymores go. On HC they don't light up with a little arrow either so you are left to guess in a 15x15 square where the bugger is. Anyway..noob -easy-mode-gadget as far as I'm concerned. Spawn, plant, wait for complimentary kill courtesy of DICE
