I'm just a mom who knows NOTHING about xbox or games. I just purchased need for speed rivals for my son. He has an xbox 4gb. It shows that he should have enough space on his hard drive (he has 2.7) but it won't let him download it and it says please download
hd content then it says you can't download hd. Does it have anything to do with the xbox not being HD? Do I have to buy him another xbox?
The 4gb is internal flash memory and not a hard drive. He would need a hard drive in order to download the content. You don't necessarily need to buy him a whole new console. There are 250gb and 320gb hard drives available for purchase that you can add to
his existing console.
Did this solve your problem?
