Why isn't their any recourse or grace time when you purchase a game on line if done by mistake ? My son purchased a game by mistake that he already has on disc and they won't or can't refund my cc . The funny thing is that the game wasn't able to download (pending) to the hard drive because his hard drive is full . I have been an xbox live customer for 10 years now and have been pretty satisfied but this episode is leaving me pretty unhappy. Has anybody else has an issue like this and how was it resolved.
