Missing Boosts with Redeemed ESO Subscription

I bought and redeemed a pre-paid ESO monthly subscription on the day of the release. I immediately received the associated crowns, but as of yet, have not received any of the in-game boosts. I've already contacted Zenimax support several times, as well as GameStop, where I bought the code, and have been directed here.

Also, my friend, JOHNNY N0BODY, is experiencing the same problem, having bought and redeemed a similar code at the same time.

Hi tequi1a have you looked in the in game mailing system in menus. Hope you find something.

I have, and there is nothing, no notification, nothing. I've been told that as soon as you redeem a monthly subscription, the bonus effects should show up in "active effects" under your character option. Nothing that resembles promised bonus experience gain is there.

Also, because there was a previous comment about talking to someone else, this is where I was directed to go after talking to Zenimax, Gamestop, and Microsoft support.
