Are you having issues with all games or just Microsoft Mahjong? Were you able to play the game before and the issue is just occurring or has it always happened? You can try to uninstall and reinstall the title by going to the Home Screen. You can select
the Windows Key on your device or keyboard, locate the live tile for your game, and if you're using a tablet you will select the game and hold your finger on the tile until the uninstall option bar appears on the bottom left facing side of the screen. If you
