Microsoft stole my Microsoft points???>

2 days ago, (24th August)  I bought a 400 microsoft points code from Gamestation (UK) (It's a new thing they do) I entered the code and then I have 400 points. Fine so far.

Then  about 4:02 Friday morning (England time) I purchased

Red Dead Redemption : War Horse & Deadly Assassin Outfit 80 points each = 160 points

Then I went to purchase a SpecOps Ninja suit with the remaining 240 points and clicked buy. It said "Please don't turn of your console" after about 13 seconds. An error message came up on my console

Something like "Cannot connect to Xbox Live."

So I clicked ok and signed back in, I had no SpecOps Ninja suit and NO microsoft points left.

Microsoft have stolen my money.

I looked in my download history and only the Red Dead Redemption add-ons were there, what do I do??
