microsoft stealing and not giving me my points

i had 21 microsoft points and they have benn taken off my account and i paid for 6000 microsoft points but have not recieved them? on billing it say's -21 microsoft points because of an adjustment. does anybody know what is going on because i want my points!

Go back to billing.microsoft.com and check to see what the points were used for.  The site keeps an updated tab on what you have purchased and spent.

it isn't working because it just says adjustment and where are the microsoft points then?

Phone xbox support and talk to a agent. Maybe they can find more information other then -adjustment.
