microsoft solitaire daily challenges

Was happily playing daily challenges for the month of july and august using my BT email address and gamertag. My husband set up a live mail account for me and suddenly I can' access daily challenges, it won't accept password reset, or password link sent by Microsoft. I cancel my BT email account and set up a new account with my outlook email and it still won't let me in to play daily challenges.When I sign in it reverts back to my original BT account and it won't let me in. has anyone any suggestions?

We would recommend uninstalling the game, then when you reinstall, login with your new account. Sorry for these problems!
