Microsoft Rewards Account Suspended!

I recently tried to redeem Xbox Live Gold 1 Month using Microsoft Rewards points, however after about 7 hours when I checked my account, I had been suspended with NO reason whatsoever?

Can someone please help me understand why I was banned and how to get unbanned.

You were suspended on the rewards side of things or on the xbox side of things?

If it is the xbox side of things you should be able to sign into your account by going to enforcement.xbox.com and it will show you any suspensions on the xbox side of things there.

I have never heard of a suspension on the rewards side of things.

What are you trying to do that it is showing a suspension?

Whenever I go to access account.microsoft.com/rewards/, the screens shows that I have been suspended and provides no reason. I access this screen to complete my daily tasks to receive more points.

No it does not show anything, I believe Microsoft Rewards are unrelated to Xbox when it comes to suspensions

Sometimes reward suspensions occur if you use a VPN or other method to access the website if you are in a country where rewards are not officially supported. Also if you use the same method to earn rewards on more than one account.

Very unlikely that you will be unbanned. Try after one year or so. Multiple accounts, VPN, or some other thing. They never state a reason. But, you can try to contact them on Microsoft rewards support and ask for an explanation.

You can only send an mail but they always answer in 24 hours time frame. You can find a link on your rewards page. Link
