Microsoft points

2 days ago i purchased a 2100 MC points from my local super market, but now I can't activate it, it says that i must "enter a correct code" i'm definate i'm intering it correctly, is there a problem with the servers?

In super markets they normally scan the code first to register it ,this stops theft, you should take it back and get them to scan it again.

Have you tried to enter it through your console and through live.xbox.com/RedeemCode

If it fails on both then either of the two suggestions above should be followed depending on which is easiest for you to do.

i doubt that's the problem if he bought it from a local shop since Microsoft only sell's region coded items to that region, Its like selling a PAL game in the US, they wont.

It sounds like the person at your supermarket is unaware about protocol with point cards. Whenever a card is purchased in an environment like that, the card isn't valid, essentially its just a piece of plastic with a barcode. The cashier has to swipe the card through the reader to validate it, this is to prevent theft. If it isn't done, ýou can't access your points. You will have to take your receipt (hopefully you saved it) and return to point of purchase and ask for the card to be swiped for validation. That should solve your issues.
