hi everyone i have a real problem. i cant buy microsoft points on xbox live. i have long been able but for a month ago i suddently could't buy any points. when i am adding points then i get this message can't authorize the selected payment options.please select different paymet option or add a new one.but i have no other cards and the card i always have used has money on the account and it has been working before. please help me...

I would suggest contacting xbox customer support,. your address may have changed, or you may have gotten an updated card. It is also possibe that you made too many purchases at one time and there is a fraud prevention measure in place on your account. The guys at xbox will easily be able to tell you what's going on.

I have the same problem. I buy points every Friday. This Friday it wouldn't let me. I get the same message. The money is in my account. Just don't get why it ain't letting me buy them.
