Microsoft points lost..

A few days ago i bought 1000 microsoft points so i could buy the toy box DLC for crackdown 2.. It costed me 560(remember that number) microsoft points.. Since then i havent downloaded anything from marketplace. And now my current balance is 0.. Now i first thought i had been hacked or something.. But in that case it would show up in the payment history where those last microsoft points may have gone. So my question is where are my microsoft points? Have i done something wrong?

Unfortunately its not only what the billing site shows.. I have 0 microsoft poiints when i should have 440.. I will call phone support when i have time. thanks for the help and all but the problem is that it says i should have 440 points left but anywhere i look (the actual xbox, xbox.com or the billing site) it says i have 0.
