Microsoft is fraud

I have been with xbox since 2005.  I have got an email on an account i have not used which is silver for 1600 points and I haven't been on it.  I been on the phone ask for a call and chat for over an hour to finally get someone saying to bad.  This is bull crap and everyone else watch out.  I will be gonig to ps3 where the internet is free.  Microsoft does not care about their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So its microsofts fault that you left your credit card on an account you no longer use and didn't safeguard the account to protect it from someone stealing it and using it to buy things? I'm confused...

If points were charged to your account and you didn't authorize it you can contact your credit card company and also contact Microsoft billing by phone. This issue is something that cannot be handled on the support boards.
