Microsoft Bingo coin purchase problem

I paid $4.99 for 530 coins on Microsoft Bingo tonight, it was deducted from my bank account within seconds, but I never got the coins.  The upgrade to Microsoft Bingo has some bugs in it.  Please fix it.  I've been playing this game, and making purchases on it with no problems until tonight.  When I contacted live support, they had me uninstall and reinstall the game, but the purchase still did not show up.  The only option was to get me a refund, which will take 3-5 days.  Interesting how the purchases go through my bank account within seconds, but a refund takes 3-5 days.  Anyway, please fix the bug so that when purchases are made, you get what you are paying for.

Hey there, Salmon It looks like there was an issue yesterday with connecting in Microsoft Bingo, and it may have affected purchases. It's resolved now, but I suggest you contact us via chat or phone support to get a refund of your purchase yesterday if they did not actually refund it. After you get your refund back, make the purchase again. If that still doesn't work for you, we want to know, so please post back and we will look into this further. :)
