I purchased a Microsoft - $10 Xbox Gift Card (3-Pack) from CVS. 1 card worked. The other 2 were invalid. They were entered correctly, checked and double checked multiple times by multiple people. Why would this be happening?

Yeah, they said the retailer had to activate it. Ill have to go back in but I know they wont do it. It was part of the three pack, and 2 worked. They just had to activate the pack they were in as far as I know. Why would 2 be activated, and not the last
