Method of Payment is Not Authorized

Many people have recently had this problem, and so have I.  All my billing information is up to date, and I do have enough money.  Yet, whenever I try to download 4000 Microsoft Points, I keep getting the same message over and over again.

FIX:   go on the link:              accounts.live.com

Its the backend microsoft account site that will allow you to:

- edit, delete, add credit cards

- see past transactions via xbox live

- edit profile info

- edit description and more

Login with your microsoft login account and follow the steps for 1 time validation

Then you can make sure your info and cc is up to date and you will be good to go

Have you tried to buy points from another retailer like Amazon, for example? You can buy points from them online and get a code to redeem them emailed to you. Then all you have to do is redeem the code.

Btw Mister Zoso, the problem is that, we are trying to purchase microsoft points from the Xbox live shop, but it's always denying our request to ourchase the points we want to receive, our credit cards are completely fine, it's up to date, all the information was out down correctly, but it's always denying our request to buy points. Please fix this, we really want to buy points! :) (I want to buy points for BF3)

Same here, we have tried everything and still it won't work, everything is completely fine with my Credit Card, is this a problem with mircrosoft that they need to fix or is it our problem?

Xbox live has been working on this problem, for now please contact xbox phone support where they can easily help you with anything related to this and any other things regarding xbox. -Tim
