Last month near the beginning of February, I purchased points from Amazon.com and continued to purchase and attempt to download: "Mass Effect (1)" without any success and being continually notified that it "Can't Download". The download itself does not even reach the first percent in the active downloads tab. After a few tries, I attempt to find a solution here on the forums but the only "Verified Answer" I found was not even an answer but instead said to do a speed test. My internet speed is not the problem and I am 100 percent sure of that. If someone can help me fix this problem I would very much appreciate or if someone could explain how I may receive a full refund of my microsoft points so they may go toward other purchases.
